I started making naturally fermented (i.e. sourdough) crackers and bagels for gatherings with friends, and built Bread Friends on the concept of sharing a snack with the people you care about.
The baked goods I sell are made of thoughtfully sourced ingredients, carefully handled before making their way to you. New flavors are offered on a rotating basis, and while most of our offerings contain dairy or egg, I try to keep at least one plant-based option on the menu.
While the products are not gluten free, there are some studies that suggest the natural fermentation process makes sourdough products easier to digest for those with a gluten intolerance.
