why montreal?

They do it differently in Canada. Montreal-style bagels are sweeter and chewier than a conventional NYC-style bagel.

They’re also baked longer, resulting in a darker, tougher crust. We like it that way.

how do i eat them?

Glad you asked. We don’t always cut them through the center— instead, we recommend you rip and dip them in a schmear of your choice. You might just like one plain, too.
